The rooms are on the small side, and the bathrooms are quite little, but it’s comfortable and close to the beach. You can park outside, and there’s always room. For the price, it’s very good, with a generous breakfast and friendly service. It’s a recommendable place to stay while you spend some time, go to the beach, explore, and come back to sleep. It’s more like a big house with lots of rooms than an inn.

I left happy and we’ll be back. It’s a comfortable hotel with everything needed for a relaxing stay, in a very nice area a few blocks from a beautiful downtown and the beach. Raul stood out for me: he was kind, respectful, and ready to sort out any issues. 💟

It’s in a very quiet neighborhood where it’s easy to walk around and park. The hotel staff were responsible and friendly, and the location is its biggest asset: just two blocks from the beach and six from Guemes Avenue. Great value for the money, highly recommended.

I felt completely ripped off. This is not a cheap hotel, and all you seem to be paying for is the location. The building is an old mansion being used as a hotel, but the rooms are dated and poorly maintained. The bathrooms are odd, old, and broken, with things that make no sense. The hotel name itself sounds ridiculous. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the manager and cleaning lady provided good service, but everything else was awful. There are problems here that are just inexplicable. I doubt even the Mar del Plata municipality would license the place. I absolutely don’t recommend it. Regards!
