Cinco Soles Apart-Hotel

I felt so welcome through my two-month stay, thanks to the whole team. The place is comfortable, clean, quiet, and really pleasant. Pablo, Gabriela, Gianlucca, and Paula were kind, communicated clearly, and did an impeccable job sorting out any concerns. The rooms were always spotless too, thanks to Ayelén. I’m grateful for her friendliness and positive energy every day.

The place matched its photos, and the price, quality, and comfort were just right. I was staying here because my motorcycle broke down during a trip to Tierra del Fuego, and the rental company, based very close by, paid for the accommodation. The monitored, secure parking is great if you’re traveling in your own vehicle, though it isn’t very big. With all the stress of getting the bike repaired, I honestly didn’t take any pictures.

The room lighting is just overhead, with nothing on the bedside tables. One bedside table outlet was held in place with Scotch tape, which is dangerous, and the one on the other side barely stays on. Walking barefoot, I found the soles of my feet burning hot. Don't even look under the bed! The windows were very dirty. On the positive side, the place is well located and I could walk to the city center easily. It was neat and well-appointed, and reception were excellent and very helpful.

The staff are very friendly, and the parking and breakfast are excellent. It’s a comfortable, clean, and very safe place in a quiet neighborhood, with good connections for getting out of the area, just half a block from San Martín Street. The Wi-Fi and toilet water pressure could be improved. I recommend it if you’re after peace and quiet.
