Construction right behind the hotel started very early and went on through the day, so we couldn't sleep. We spoke to a couple of people at reception, who promised to move us but didn't, and they were mean and rude about it despite having many rooms available on the quiet side. We eventually got moved, but the way they handled it was very bad and disrespectful.

The rooms were clean, the shower was good, and breakfast was a decent buffet, though don't expect anything like one in Las Vegas. The internet was terrible, and the hotel is about eight blocks from the city center. The area isn't the best after dark, so taking a taxi or Uber is a good idea. If I stayed again, I'd probably choose the Hyatt for its better location near everything, though it costs more.

The rooms are large, clean, and tidy, and it's very good value for money. Excellent location. Check-in was quick and easy.

Parking on site was convenient, though the hotel is several blocks from the city centre and breakfast was quite basic. There are two receptions. When we arrived, the first receptionist briefly told us to walk back through the garage to “the other hotel,” which was confusing at first. It's an okay hotel.

Free parking and breakfast, plus two pools. The hotel is very close to restaurants, shops, and other activities, and its restaurant is good, though a bit expensive. Excellent location, and the four-star side of this great hotel is a must.
