Hotel Gran Vendimia by Bouquet

Good service.

The pool was a very pleasant, comfortable spot, and the concierge staff were incredibly friendly. We also had no issue with our room, and housekeeping did a very good job. The food was the only problem. At breakfast, the croissants tasted stale, like they might have been from the day before. There wasn't much choice of tea, coffee with milk, or hot chocolate, and that was about it. The toast bread was good, but supplies seemed limited. At dinner, the meat dishes were all pork, and the servings were small.

We stayed on December 23, 2025. The facilities were dirty, the furniture and room curtains old, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. The kitchen staff looked unkempt. The women serving wore minishorts and low-cut tops, with their hair down. The menu food was made with very poor quality ingredients.

The elevator is badly worn and looks like it could fall apart. Housekeeping was just as bad: they never cleaned the bathrooms, and when asked to clean the room, staff acted as if they'd forgotten and didn't come. They made the beds but didn't sweep. For what they call maintenance, we were left with just two towels, one large and one small. The food was TERRIBLE, arriving spoiled, old, unappetizing, and tasteless, basically plain flour. This place doesn't even deserve two stars. If you want a TERROR vacation, this is the place.
