Mi Casa

After five months of traveling, I found Mi Casa hostel and Lorena and her family made me feel like one of their own. It felt like spending a week at home and getting some new energy (: The hostel is near the park and close to the main street, and the rooms and bathroom are great. Save yourself the searching, message Lorena and book a stay. Love you all with all my heart, and I'll definitely come back ❤️

The family were great and attentive, and the bedrooms have AC. WiFi only works in the lobby, not in the bedrooms.

A lovely homestay.

Trinidad and her boyfriend were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, right across from the park. We rented the whole house rather than the hostel because it was just me, another person, and our baby. It felt too big for us, with two bedrooms, and the unused one had three single beds, which would suit a larger family. It's a two-floor house with the bedrooms upstairs. The furniture is old, though it's been looked after. The double bed frame sits lower than a normal one, as if its legs were broken. There weren't many cooking utensils, just a few basics and an iron, but we managed. Good value for the price.
