I spent five months living in this residence because it was the last option available for my exchange. It didn't take long to see why. The owners seemed helpful at first, but nothing worked out. Ten people had just one usable bathroom. My 8m² room had no window or air conditioning, and a gap in the ceiling connected it with the neighboring room. Cooking smells were constant, there were cameras in the living room and patio, and the owner didn't try to hide that he listened to our conversations. It took three months to get a washing machine. We had only three plates for ten people, and the pots and pans were broken and missing handles. All that for an outrageous €300, far above market price. A former roommate now has two burns from the damaged pans and an oven door that would open without warning. Get out while you can!
