Nuevo Hotel City

The room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent, and the price and service were good. Breakfast normally runs from 8 to 10, but they offered to make it much earlier since we wanted to get going. There's a parking lot four blocks away, so it's a bit of a walk, but being able to leave the car there is a useful option that not every hotel offers. Highly recommend it.

I've been here a week now, and it still feels like home. The breakfasts are very good and the staff are wonderful. I first stayed here in 2019 and came back in 2024. The receptionists especially deserve a mention for their kind, attentive treatment.

The only thing that stood out in a good way was one staff member's very friendly service. The hotel itself is old and the facilities are in poor shape. Our room for three had just one charging outlet, the curtain rod kept falling down, and the shower wouldn't drain. There was also a really unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes the whole time. Nothing else was special.

I wouldn't come back. The room was hot, the TV tiny, and the shower water never got hot. The bathroom smelled bad too. At least the location is very central, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was small but tasty.
