Our booking was cancelled five hours before we were due to arrive, while we were on the plane. They said the credit card had been rejected, though it works perfectly and we booked another hotel afterward. We were also supposed to pay in cash on arrival. Not professional. Find somewhere else and don't take the chance.

We had a great time, and it's a lovely spot for families. The park is beautiful, though a little untidy. The rooms are nice, but the air conditioning in mine was acting up. Breakfast is basic but reasonable for the price, and the kitchen could be cleaner. The place is very well located near the center. Sergio is a great guy, incredibly attentive, and like a walking Google because he knows all the things to do.
