For solo travelers, this doesn't seem like a great fit, and I don't think the price matches the experience. It's better suited to families. I appreciated the peace and quiet, but you can hear all the noise and children playing from the rooms. Breakfast was good, though nothing special, and most staff were friendly. The breakfast staff were a bit curt. The views and the path down to the river were the only things I really loved.

The Wi-Fi was very poor, which was frustrating in an area with almost no satellite signal. Aside from that, the hotel has everything you'd want, and it's right beside the Los Sauces River. Very clean, impeccable breakfast, and the cleaning staff were diligent.

The staff were great, and when a problem came up on our first day, they fixed it immediately. Our junior cabin for three was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bed, and they kept everything spotless. The stay was exactly as promised, and we were very happy there for seven days with our 3-year-old daughter. The location is a dream, with private river access. They lend out an umbrella and lounge chairs, and we also tried the bar. We ordered several things, and everything was delicious and good quality. We left happy and already wanting to come back soon. Thanks to all the staff.

The playground equipment is old and in poor condition, which matters when you're traveling with kids. Apart from that, the place was spotless and felt safe. We had an issue with the kitchen sink, but they fixed it right away. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious, though only okay as a service and there were no eggs. I recommend it.
