El Gran Chaparral Hotel

The service was excellent, and Luis, our host, was kind and understanding the whole time. The place itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. We stayed a few days and absolutely don’t regret it. Highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy a few lovely days in Mina ♡

The property is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need. There are chairs, lounge chairs, and hammocks all over, plus a large, well-kept pool and barbecue area. We had a lot of fun with the shuffleboard and ping pong. The hotel bar was fantastic, with delicious food and smoothies. Luis, Joaquin, and the cleaning staff were incredible, always checking whether we needed anything. We loved our stay and will recommend it. 💗

It’s a good, nice, and affordable place, and the drinks at the bar are delicious, especially the lemonade. They also have fast food, everything tastes good, and it’s very reasonably priced. There’s a family atmosphere, the owner is always around making sure things run smoothly, and the breakfast staff are friendly. Kids will have a fantastic time here.

There’s a lovely family feel here, and everyone was welcoming and helpful. Luis was especially attentive and always had a great attitude whenever we asked something. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are peaceful, with lots of greenery, and the breakfast can be enjoyed anywhere on the property. There’s a bar with delicious food, plus a beautiful, well-equipped barbecue area. The refrigerator is shared, but each room has its own assigned space, which is really practical. One last thing we loved was Auka, Luis’s beautiful, affectionate pet dog 🥰. It’s a perfect place to relax, and we’d definitely return.
