The room was incredibly comfortable, with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a bed and pillows in excellent condition. The bathroom was spotless with great water pressure, and we could use the whirlpool tub. The hotel also has parking, a pool, outdoor seating and hot-and-cold water dispensers. It’s two blocks from the main avenue and five blocks from the city center. Service was excellent from the WhatsApp booking through checkout. We arrived at night after a long trip, and Edith welcomed us with fruit salad, a cold drink, peanuts and olives. Breakfast in the common area was a great spread: tea, yogurt, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, breads, cereals and more, with Edith and Olga looking after us. Edith was always happy to suggest places to walk, explore and eat. We’re grateful for everything at GURE LOA!

We stayed for a week, and they even brought gifts for my mom because it was her birthday. Edith, the owner, is a sweetheart and so helpful, and she and Olga were wonderful. Everything felt beautiful and welcoming, from the facilities and pool to the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the service excellent. I’d choose this place again every time!

Edith and the staff made us feel at home and were always attentive and helpful. The hotel is cute, comfortable and close to everything. We had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended, five stars!

We’re very happy and grateful for the excellent service from Edith and the other young lady. It was getting late the day before we were due to leave, and they still came by. A truly remarkable gesture, worthy of applause.

Edith took care of every detail, from check-in right through checkout, and the service was excellent throughout. The hotel is warm and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast is generous and comprehensive. A place I’d return to!
