8/10
There’s a lot to like here, and the personal attention is excellent. It’s open year-round, and the location, comfort, service, and attention to detail make it easy to recommend. The split-level complex has rooms with lovely presentation and exterior views, plus access to an inner courtyard with a pool for adults and children, lounge chairs, and shared recreation areas. My only small suggestion would be to add drawers to the closets. That didn’t take away from an overall positive experience.

Marcelo and his team provided excellent service, and breakfast is a generous continental spread. The family cabins are comfortable and come with a kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, linens, and towels. Small pets are welcome. There’s a large pool and parking, and it’s only meters from Route 38, near a bakery, deli, convenience store, supermarket, and pet shop. A peaceful spot to relax with your family, pet, and car.

The service was very good, and the pool is lovely, but I wouldn’t return for this price. The room was terrible, 9/10. The mattress was unbearable, the pillows uncomfortable, the sink was covered in mold, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. When you closed the closet, you were left holding the doorknob. There were lots of little stains on the walls that would be easy to cover up. Breakfast was missing items on two of the three days.

The staff all gave excellent service, and the place was comfortable and well located. There’s a beautiful pool, a mini-fridge, secure parking, and a very good breakfast. Thank you!

The mattress was the biggest problem for me. It was completely saggy and so uncomfortable that I woke up with pain in my back, waist, and hips. There was dampness on the room wall too, and the place looked a little neglected and could use some care. Even so, it clearly aims for a 3-star rating. The staff, from reception to breakfast and cleaning, provided excellent service and attention. It’s a very nice, family-friendly hotel for couples and families, with included parking and extended reception hours. The shower has good pressure, and the pool is excellent and well cleaned and maintained. In my opinion, the small pool should be filled with water before use.
