The patio, pool, and quincho are nice, and the parking is across the street on a small dirt lot with a flimsy roof. The room itself was dirty and had lots of ants. The mattress was awful, and we left with back pain. Internet was basically nonexistent, the signal didn't reach the room. It looks better in the photos than it does in person.

The neighborhood felt really nice and safe, and the hot water was excellent. Our room stayed cool thanks to the air conditioning. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand.

It's such a peaceful, lovely place in a great spot, and the service is very friendly. I just wish we could stay at the hotel later than 9 pm. Having to get up early on vacation to unpack and sort out our bags feels like a shame. Just my opinion, but they should let guests stay out later.

The internet worked perfectly for us, and the pool was clean, small, and pleasant. There's a grocery store and bakery close by, and it was really quiet. Eva was a wonderful host. When you arrive, they hand over the key, so you can come and go whenever you want. There's covered parking, plus a shared fridge, dishes, tables, and a microwave, so you can eat there. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.

Such a lovely hotel, but it's badly run down. The sheets and blankets were disgusting, with yellow stains and long black hairs all over them. The bathroom curtains were damp and moldy, and there's no floor cloth, so the bathroom gets wet when you shower. The receptionist was rude and incredibly arrogant, and I never felt comfortable during my short stay. He really needs to change his attitude, since the hotel depends on its guests. I can't recommend it. Other hotels nearby have very friendly people who treat you with respect.
