Minas Hotel

Naza welcomed us warmly, and breakfast was really good. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were generally fine, though a few small fixes would make the stay better. The pool is lovely and has a good depth, but the heater wasn’t switched on when we asked about it, despite it being described as heated. In the room, the minibar didn’t cool properly, and the sheets, towels, and faucets could use replacing or improvement. The blackout curtains let in too much light around the sides and don’t do much to block noise. There are blinds too, but they weren’t lowered. When we asked, we were told the blackout curtains were there for that purpose, which we didn’t agree with. At night, everything closes very early. We saw a security guard, but the place was completely dark, as though nobody was at reception. These are minor details and didn’t ruin our stay, but sorting them out would make it much nicer. The hotel was fine, just not quite as some reviews made it sound. Everyone sees things differently.
