The rooms were horrid and tiny, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I'd rather sleep in a public square. I wouldn't return even if I had nowhere else to go. They should be ashamed.

The amenities, location, and service were all excellent. I'd highly recommend it for couples or groups of friends.

We brought a contingent, and they made us look terrible. What happened to us was awful. I hope nobody else has to go through the same thing. A complete disaster.

Alejandra at reception deserves a special mention. She was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd never been to the beach before, and the wonderful service made this our best vacation ever. See you next year! Best regards.
