The room felt small for my wife, my kid, and me during our couple of days there, but it was very clean. The women at reception were helpful, and the cleaning staff and breakfast team were really great. My only complaints are that there wasn’t a single dustbin anywhere in the hotel and no free cold water service. Otherwise, the hotel was really good. Thanks, Lugra hotel!! I didn’t miss home at all!!!

My husband and I have stayed here several times for vacations in Miramar, and it has never let us down. Everyone, from the owners to reception and the waitresses, is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is very complete: freshly squeezed juice, yogurt, homemade jams, cereals, seeds, homemade bread, and toast. The rooms are small, but have shelves and a mini-fridge. A beach tent at a very nice beach resort is included. It’s just two blocks from both the beach and the town center. Highly recommended!

We’re staying here while our apartment is being remodeled. The welcome was really warm, and the girls were friendly and keen to help, but breakfast left me uncomfortable and feeling mistreated. On the first day, Karina served us. She seemed very dedicated to people she knew, but we were new to her. When I asked for a Coca-Cola, she immediately told me I had to pay for it, that it was free. She went around asking the other tables if they needed anything and never came to ours. This morning, she asked whether my friend, husband, or whoever was coming, then again didn’t come near us until the very end, when she asked if she could clear the table. A waitress should treat everyone equally. This will be my last visit to this hotel. Plenty of other hotels would serve me much better. Thank you, Monica Fernandez.
