We ended up at Okapi Hotel a few blocks away, where they had a pool and barbecue area and were hosted by a really warm couple. At the first place, we'd made a reservation and told them our pet would be coming, but they still refused to let us in because of her size. What really made us angry was how they treated us afterward. They blamed me and told us to “find another hotel.”

Parking right out front was handy, and the room was comfortable. It had a TV, WiFi and air conditioning. A good place to stay.

We were only passing through on our trip, and had to go find somewhere else to sleep. They didn't stick to what we'd agreed and then blamed us for their own disorganization. Terrible.

There’s a garage, and the place is very quiet. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with a hallway leading to a separate room behind a door, which is useful if you’re traveling with kids. It’s also just one block from the racetrack.

I stayed for two days and Diego and his parents looked after me really well. The place was spotlessly clean, and the concierge service was very good too. They even let me move in before I’d finished paying for the stay. I’m planning to come back.
