The place was comfortable, well located, and we had a wonderful experience. The male receptionists were friendly and helpful, including giving us information as tourists. The women at reception, though, seemed unfriendly and rude, so I’m taking a star off for the service. I’m also deducting one because the jacuzzi was cloudy and only lukewarm when we used it, and there were brown pieces in the water that we’d rather not think about.

The hotel is in a really good spot, and it was very clean. The staff made a simple 3-star hotel feel like a 5-star one. Andrea served breakfast for the whole hotel and was kind, helpful, and polite. She explained how to get to Quequén safely and directly. Franco at reception was excellent too, always attentive to everything. Excellent service.

The location worked so well for us, close to the sea and the park, with a lovely plaza across the street where there was an artisan market in the evenings. The building isn’t new, but it’s well maintained. Our simple room had everything we needed, and there’s covered parking, a small gym, a mini-pool, and a spa area with a jacuzzi on the fifth floor. I also loved the pianos around the hotel. The owner seemed down-to-earth and friendly, almost like another employee. We went for a few days of vacation and to celebrate our anniversary. One day, after we got back from the beach, we found red roses and a card on the bed. We hadn’t expected it, and it was such a lovely touch. My husband and I felt comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and everyone who worked there treated us wonderfully. We’re grateful to each of them. Breakfast was served with a smile by Andre and Delfi. There was coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, cereal, croissants, puddings, pasta frola, toast, butter, jam, dulce de leche, cream cheese, fruit salad, and biscuits. You could also have dinner at the hotel for $12,000. The daily menu included a drink, water or flavored water with no alcohol, and dessert. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. Andre and Gustavo served us and were both great. The rooms were always clean and fresh smelling, with our towels, bath towels, and sheets changed. Ayelén from the cleaning staff was especially attentive and helpful when we had a problem, though everyone was lovely. We’re also grateful for Fran’s attention. The young man at the hotel bar, whose name I can’t remember, gave us a two-for-one deal for our anniversary and treated us to delicious coffee and toast. We got a little mixed up with the names 🤣. Thank you so much to everyone. God bless you! We hope to see you all again soon!

This was our third family visit, and there’ll definitely be another. The location is so convenient, close to the beach and all the main attractions, and just steps from Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, the main square, artisan market, pedestrian streets, restaurants, and places for all budgets. We parked our vehicles in covered spaces across the street. The owner was always around, kind, and helpful, and the staff had a great attitude. We found the rooms comfortable and the service excellent. Breakfast was delicious, though it could use more choices, like cold cuts or scrambled eggs, or another savory option. WONDERFUL NECOCHEA

The room was cleaned impeccably every day, and breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The warmth of the staff was the best part, especially Fran, who handled our reservation and welcomed us when we arrived. The service was wonderful from check-in through our whole week there. It’s a marvelous hotel, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you!
