The master bedroom gets a lot of street noise, and the blackout curtain needs attention. There were plenty of other problems too: mold in the bathroom, a broken shower curtain rod with hooks missing, dirty floors, and mattresses that need replacing. The microwave plate was dirty, the clock had no batteries, the master bedroom light was very dim, and the green stool's fabric was torn. The place also needs paint and general maintenance.

The owner is friendly and always attentive, and the apartment is modestly priced. It's small, but the layout works comfortably for four. It suited us well for sleeping and eating, and it's near the river. Public transport to the city center is inconvenient, so it's ideal if you have a car. A few things could be better: the pillows are worn, there aren't many kitchen utensils, no blankets were provided, and the heater is hard to light.

I always come back, and I've always found them able to accommodate travelers. The apartments are well located, with kitchens stocked for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner without going to a restaurant. Security is very good, all electronic. I'm very satisfied.

The owner was attentive whenever I had a question or suggestion, and made me feel right at home. It was a lovely stay, with a wonderful mattress and an amazing shower. It's also close to the Limay River, a beautiful place to explore. I recommend it 100%.
