We had a great experience and would definitely come back. The staff and owner treated us with so much care and were wonderful about everything we asked. The location is probably the best in pinamar, about five minutes by car or taxi from the center. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and covered parking was a plus. The rooms were spacious, with roomy closets and lovely balconies. The bathrooms were comfortable and well equipped. The hotel also has direct beach access and is close to everything while staying away from traffic and noise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Cecilia was a wonderful host, and everyone there was warm and considerate. They helped us arrange everything for my parents' anniversary, which made for an unforgettable vacation. The place and location are unique. We'll definitely return. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The view was very nice, but this is a poor choice for older people or anyone with mobility issues. Even with an elevator, you still end up high above the tents and have to walk a long way along a wooden walkway, then look for an empty spot on the sand. The staff showed no empathy, humanity, or consideration. When we tried to find an easily accessible tent, they answered with unacceptable disrespect: "Get up earlier," "I've been getting up early for 18 days," and "If you don't like it, ask for your money back and find another hotel." The worst vacation of my life.

Having direct access to the beach was the best part. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, and breakfast was excellent.
