The owner was so friendly and attentive. She waited for us at check-in, shared tourist tips, and once we had the key, getting around felt easy and safe. The apartment itself is clean and lovely, with pretty furniture and a calm feel. The neighborhood seems safe, with grocery shops nearby, plus bus stops and bars close by. Axion is just a few blocks away, and you can walk to the waterfront and explore around there. My only complaint is that there aren't many cooking utensils, though there are basic ones, so it's fine if you don't plan to cook much.
