Hostería Los Naranjos

Waking up to the hills outside our window and having breakfast to the sound of birds was wonderful. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, which was impeccable.

The owner was lovely and kept checking that we had what we needed. Breakfast came to the room, with bread and pastries we prepared ourselves, nicely presented. The room was very simple but comfortable, with a little table and chairs for taking in the view. The bathroom was simple too, and while a few details could improve comfort, it was perfectly adequate. It's a relaxing place with mountain views and a beautiful park. In the gardens, there are armchairs and lounge chairs among well-kept flowers and trees, where you can enjoy the fresh air. I'd definitely return. Potrero de los Funes is great for nature lovers, with nice restaurants, hiking trails, and handicrafts. I liked it.

Daniel and Rubén were incredibly helpful and available, even when they weren't at the resort. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, with mountain views and plenty of tables and lounge chairs around. The rooms were comfortable, and the mattresses and pillows were new and good quality. They provide triple-layered bedding even in summer. We saw them clean every inch of the rooms after guests checked out, and the place was impeccably clean. There isn't air conditioning, but we didn't need it. The rooms somehow stayed cool, even on days near 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). Breakfast was just like the photos in other reviews, with different things on different days, sometimes brownies, cookies, pudding, and so on. It may not look like much, but it was very good, freshly baked and piping hot. Highly recommended. I hope to return soon!

The mountain view from the garden was incredible. We got in late at night and called ahead, and they still greeted us so warmly. Our room was cozy, warm, clean, and smelled lovely. Everything we used worked well, including the TV, hot water, and Wi-Fi. It was comfortable and practical too. 🤩
