The apartments are new and the complex is excellent, set in a quiet area with a bank, supermarket, and other places close by. The owner provided excellent service. I'd definitely choose it again on my next trip to Puerto Iguazu.

We stayed for five days, and for the entire time we were told not to flush toilet paper because it might clog the toilet. If it did, we were apparently liable for a $5,000 fine. This wasn't disclosed on the booking website or through any direct communication, and we ended up putting all our bathroom waste in the bin for several days. The electric oven didn't work, so we had to wait a full day before we could cook anything in the accommodation. The pool looked like a tiny park fountain. The Wi-Fi was very slow and didn't work well even with just one person connected. The garage was built for three cars parked in a line, one behind another, so guests had to coordinate the order they would leave the next day. A few times we parked outside to avoid tying ourselves or other guests to a particular schedule. The garage door lock was archaic and difficult to open and close, wasting a lot of our vacation time. If someone left it ajar from inside, you couldn't get in through either the garage or the front door.

Vanina was so kind to us, and the apartments had everything we needed. It’s a lovely place in a great spot.

Everything was spotless, and the place itself is really nice. The beds let it down for me, though. The mattresses sagged when I lay down, so I’d like to see them improve their quality.
