The beds were comfortable, and there are pleasant shared spaces where you can eat breakfast or relax. The location is excellent, close to both the bus terminal and downtown. But the place needs more cleaning and maintenance: there was mold in the pool, and the bathrooms were quite dirty and smelled strongly enough for the odor to reach the hallways. They should take better care of the bathrooms. It would also help if someone were always at reception, since most times we went there was nobody to assist us.

Breakfast was generous, with plenty of places to sit and eat or just unwind. The pool looked inviting, though I didn't get to try it. The rooms are comfortable, but the beds could be better and better maintained, especially for the price. The bathrooms weren't always in the best shape during my stay. The location feels somewhat tucked away, but enough to enjoy the area's usual sounds without all the traffic and crowd noise.

The breakfast was the worst part, honestly. We had to go out to eat in the morning. The bunk beds were small and didn't feel very sturdy, and the bathrooms were clogged and dirty. The pool was full of sludge. I arrived at the hostel pretty excited, but that first impression unfortunately didn't last. The entrance to Flowers hostel house is right beside butterflowers hostel, whose photo is shown on booking, so we got confused when we arrived. There was a sign for butterflower hostel, but nothing pointing out Flowers hostel.

We arrived very early at an awkward time, and there was a misunderstanding, but they still managed to find us a room. Breakfast the following day was delicious, the pool was full, and the staff were friendly throughout.

The staff were really friendly, and the place is only about five minutes from the center. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, though, and breakfast was meager.
