At 0:15am, an old, smelly, very loud truck came into the property and pumped water into the storage area right below the rooms, despite guests paying $800 a night. And just look at that backyard, that's the view they give you for $800! The rooms need renovation. Like most luxury hotels in Argentina, management doesn't seem to care about maintenance and is letting the buildings and facilities run down. The restaurant was average and extremely overpriced, with prices like upscale restaurants in Zürich.

The staff were lovely, and the food in every restaurant was phenomenal. Breakfast was heavenly, with so much variety, especially for a vegetarian like me. Thank you for all the hospitality. Staying here and seeing the waterfalls was an amazing experience. They're one of the seven wonders of the world!! 🤍🍃

The staff took very good care of us. Their service was excellent, and they were helpful and clearly wanted our stay to be as good as possible. The grounds and view are spectacular, and the infinity pool is amazing. I'm so glad we stayed a couple of days to enjoy the falls. Breakfast was lovely, and they also offer extra items for an additional charge if the buffet doesn't suit you. I like Indian and savory food, so I didn't enjoy the food much. It seemed lacking in flavor and quality, and the $31 Cesar salad wasn't worth it. Maybe the grilled meats are better. The room was okay, but the bed and pillows were too firm for us. The sheets seemed hard and made a lot of noise when we moved, though they were new and high quality. I told the front desk, and housekeeping changed the sheets and pillows, which made our second night much better. There was also a fire alarm beside the bed that flashed every 30 seconds, so we covered it with a hat. We appreciated the pool staff stepping in to stop some rude people from playing their own music too loudly. For the price, I expected a more comfortable room. I'm glad we stayed only two nights. The next hotel cost five times less and was considerably larger and more comfortable.

The falls-view room on the top floor was excellent. Red level was worth the price, and the airport transfers arranged by the hotel were, too. The staff, rooms, and food were all great. Staying here made it easy to do all the trails, including the train and Devil's Throat, before the crowds arrived, then relax by the huge pool in the afternoon. A thoroughly uncomplicated way to get the most out of a stay at Iguazu.

The views from the hotel are amazing, and it's a lovely spot for birdwatching or relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was good quality, with lots of fresh fruit and delicious pastries, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention for Esteban at reception. He welcomed us warmly when we arrived, showed us to our room, and was professional and attentive.
