After a 16-hour trip, we got there at 11:30 PM and were told the duplex we’d booked and paid a deposit for was occupied. We’d already said we’d arrive around midnight, and they had said that was fine. The employee was rude and barely tried to help. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms, with no compensation or solution offered. The kids and we were exhausted. Breakfast was terrible, and the rooms were old and dirty. She blamed a colleague, but that didn’t fix anything.

Really cheap, with a nice pool, good service and a great vibe. It’s now called IGUAZÚ GREEN HOTEL.

The hotel looks very nice and the service was good, but something in the bathroom really scared me. I checked whether the mirror was fake, and it was. Fake mirrors are meant for secretly watching people. While I was changing, I heard, “Keep going, beautiful, keep going,” coming from it. I got frightened and changed in the shower instead.

We were happy with the location, just one block from the bus terminal, and the place itself was great. I’d been a little worried because of the reviews, but it didn’t disappoint. Our upstairs room had a TV and air conditioning, and the bed was good enough for sleeping after full days of sightseeing. The bathroom was small but spotless, and the pool is beautiful. We’ll come back! 💪🏻
