The pool looked like jungle soup, the rooms were extremely dirty and smelled strongly of mold, and the sheets and blankets were stained. We left after the first night because the conditions were so horrible, although we’d paid for 3 nights. The owner’s husband met us and made us pay $100 in America cash to leave. We asked for a receipt, but he said his wife would email one. It never arrived. At least we have a video of him asking for and taking the money. This is definitely not a place to do business with.

A great basic place on a budget, with a clean, inviting pool and hammocks everywhere. Graciela is warm and welcoming too. Don’t expect the Ritz, but the value is unbeatable!

Simple rooms and a good place to sleep while visiting the waterfalls. It was as expected and good value for the price. Breakfast is in a nice, quiet space, and the friendly staff help with special requests.

We stayed 4 days, and the host was never there. The toilets were very dirty, the room smelled of mold, and nobody cleaned the room or changed the sheets and towels. Breakfast was poor and nothing like the picture, so we had to eat in the city center. Not recommended!
