The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and well made up, so it was an acceptable place to stay while visiting the Iguazu falls. But someone had left the bathroom window open, and the room ended up full of mosquitoes and large red ants. There was no breakfast, which was frustrating, and people partying at the pool or playing loud music made a lot of noise.

The restaurant is awesome, probably the best in town, and the pool was nice. The room, though, was dirty, with fungus on the pillows and stains on the bed and sheets. The hotel needs maintenance. We had no towels on either day and had to ask reception for them. The rooms are noisy too, I was woken by the neighbor snoring.

On a rainy day, my husband slipped on the slippery hotel hallway floor and hurt himself. During our 3-day stay, housekeeping never came, even though we reported the problems at the front desk on the first day and were told they’d be handled. Nothing was done. Our first room had significant mold on the wall. We were offered a so-called Superior Room, but it was still dirty and in poor condition, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the window wouldn’t close. The hotel also has no food or drink available during the day except small bottles of water. For the price, I can’t recommend it.

The reception looked nice and the staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is old and run down. I stayed 2 nights in July and there was no breakfast. The patio bar was very loud at night, and the hotel is badly insulated, so I didn’t sleep well. Too expensive for this level of quality.
