Complejo Barrancas

We had a wonderful long weekend over Holy Week and will be back. The seafood recommendations were spot on, too. We stayed at Complejo Barrancas, and the amenities were excellent. Guillermo and Claudia, the owner and his wife, provided great service. Everything was spotless, and the sheets, towels, and bath towels were top quality. Thanks, and sorry this review is so late.

The price was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better. Guillermo, the owner, is incredibly kind. Everything was so comfortable, from the mattresses and pillows to the sheets and towels, all at the highest hotel quality. We’ll definitely return.

Apartment 1 had everything we needed, even an iron, and the facilities worked just as agreed and as shown in the photos. The mattresses and bedding were spotless. It’s close to the center, a short walk from the sea, and near stores. Deliveries arrive without any trouble. We came from Tucumán and chose Complejo Barrancas after reading the reviews. During an excursion to Rawson, we ran into a serious problem, and the staff provided impeccable service and were ready to help throughout. Mr. Guillermo was especially attentive and always seemed a step ahead of any issue. He also suggested ways to explore Puerto Madryn and sent useful information to help us make the most of our stay.

We arrived in Madryn without a reservation and found this place. The apartment was comfortable, heated, and in excellent condition, with everything we needed. There’s parking available, and the location is excellent. Guillermo was very helpful. He gave us tips on restaurants, excursions that fit the length of our stay, attractions, souvenirs, and even places to run errands. Highly recommended!
