It’s easy to get around on foot or by bike, and there are grocery stores nearby. The place is comfortable, clean, and nicely sized, with tasteful but simple decor and both private and shared sitting areas. It’s in a quiet location that's easy to reach, just a few minutes from the busy city center where parking can be difficult.

We stayed as a family for a week, and it was a pleasure to come back after exploring all the nearby places. There's a big barbecue area and a living room for breakfast. The rooms have AC, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless, with towels and a hairdryer. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, the decor is beautiful, and every detail feels both thoughtful and useful. The place itself is lovely, and Lavinia was excellent, always attentive and ready with suggestions for places to visit. Highly recommend it.

We were four and came by car. We used the barbecue area for a cookout, and delivery is also an option, with shops nearby. Though it's not right downtown, it's well placed for exploring Madryn and Peninsula de Valdés. From the grounds and shared spaces to the houses, everything is gorgeous, with lovely design and distinctive little details. The mattresses, bedding, and dishes were all impeccable. Lavinia deserves special mention for being so warm and attentive. We left with wonderful memories and highly recommend staying here. Thanks for such a lovely experience!

Lavinia was so attentive and helpful. I fell in love with this place, especially the beautiful apartments and the shared barbecue area. There's also a lovely living room where you can work or relax, and they lend out bikes, which I really liked. It's in a very quiet neighborhood outside the city center, with gravel roads and the beach just a few blocks away. I highly recommend it.
