Dinner starts at 8 pm, and the place was closed when I came for Welsh tea. One of the workers told me the person who makes the tea had broken his arm. I gave it 3 stars, since that closure could have been mentioned in the description.

The girls were so friendly and did a great job. It was a wonderful experience!

Today at 6 pm, we walked in to find the lights off and nobody there. A girl showed up after a moment and confirmed they were open, but the pastry counter looked sparse and unappealing. The service was awful too, she didn't know what the cakes were or what they were called. Last year, we'd had a lovely experience with afternoon tea and breakfast, so this visit was a real disappointment.
