The owners are extremely helpful, and the place is comfortable and clean. It's in an excellent spot near the center, making it a very good place to stay in Madryn. I'd return and recommend it.

We found the price very reasonable for the quality, and the apartments exceeded my expectations. They're spacious, cozy, well equipped, and nicely decorated, with lots of natural light and ventilation and views of the ocean. There's covered, enclosed parking, strong Wi-Fi throughout, and a TV with internet and Netflix. The sea is only 50 meters away, and the city center is close too. Nearby you'll find bakeries, convenience stores, ice cream shops, greengrocers, pasta shops, and a well-known supermarket in the south. The friendly owner runs the place. If you're going to Madryn, don't hesitate to rent here.

We were really comfortable here, my husband, our four children, and me. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend it!

The owners made us feel very welcome, and the place had plenty of space and everything we needed. I'd happily stay here again.

The mattresses were uncomfortable, and one apartment smelled of gas. The service was awful too: the man who welcomed us was rude, made a problem out of everything, and banged on our door at 10:03 to get us out, like he was about to break it down.
