It’s close to the beach and restaurants, and the location is ideal. They were very helpful, offered a laundry service, and had secure parking.

There’s a lot to like here: the apartments are comfortable and have everything needed for a short stay, with an elevator, heated pool, and parking. They’re right in the city and close to everything. The sea and Piedra Buena pier are in view from the hallways and some windows, which is a real treat. Everyone at the establishment was so friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Madryn. The reason for four stars is the very unreliable Wi-Fi and hot water. The water would scald you, then turn cold after 10 seconds. The place could use some general maintenance.

The views from the balcony and kitchen were the best part of this beautiful apartment. Everything was impeccable, and the service from Andrés during booking and Nicolás and Sandra at the apartment was especially good. The radiant floor heating was fantastic, so bring short sleeves and shorts 🩳😉. We didn’t try the pool, but the elevator was excellent. Thank you, highly recommended. They work with PRE VIAJE 👌

The apartments are very comfortable and the location is excellent. There aren’t many kitchen utensils, though the kitchen itself is fully equipped. Even in the city center, the nights are very quiet. Shops and services are all within five blocks.
