Rayentray Piramides

We had a great stay at the end of August. The place is right by the water, with amazing views, and everything feels new and comfortable. Service was excellent, and so was breakfast. We’d love to come back.

Carmela was such a kind, helpful waitress and gave us exceptional service. She deserves consideration for a raise.

The gym was a letdown: there’s no leg machine, and the back machine doesn’t work, so you’re left with dumbbells, the chest machine, or cardio equipment. For the price, I expected more. The hotel’s in a great spot, though, and the whale view room is lovely. In room 12, the bathroom door is in poor condition, at least for now, and the window facing that beautiful view could’ve been cleaner. Minor things, but they should be better for the price. The toilet paper had already been used, too. The staff are really friendly, and I had a good time despite those issues. These are things they could improve. 👍🏽👍🏽♥️ PS: Please put the Wi-Fi password in the room.

The hotel is new and really nice, with an excellent location and view. We also ate at its restaurant, which was very good. The umbrella setup, though, is bad: there are literally only three, shared with the hotel next door, and they’re flimsy enough to blow away and break. Breakfast was especially poor. You have to go across the street to Las Restringas, where there’s a shortage of everything, from dishes to food, and what little they have takes ages to replace. The quality is very low, and the fruit seemed to have been cut the day before and was overripe. I think breakfast served in the hotel restaurant might be different. The price doesn’t match what they offer.
