After we reported the problem, someone came to clean it, but that should never have happened, especially at the price we paid. There was what looked clearly like human feces on the faucet when we arrived. The smell was extremely strong, and we'd touched it before realizing what it was, which posed a serious hygiene and health risk. At first staff acknowledged the issue, then later said it was just “oxidation” and refused to reimburse us. Given the smell and circumstances, that explanation simply isn't credible. We also have photo evidence. This points to a serious lack of hygiene standards and accountability. I strongly would not recommend staying here.

I came to Casa Adobe with my brother, and we had a really great time. Mountains and nature all around, with incredible views and a wonderfully calm feel. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. Breakfast was fresh and well done every morning, and the service was perfect. Everyone was kind and made us feel welcome throughout. Everything about the stay was just perfect.

There was no hot water because they forgot to switch on the boiler. They also charged us the 21% IVA even though we're foreigners. When I insisted we should be exempt, they wouldn't let us pay by card instead.
