The in-person welcome was awful, even though arranging things over WhatsApp had been great. One receptionist couldn’t find our reservation; later, another misplaced my key, insisted I’d kept it, and said he’d call the owner to check the cameras. I said I’d already called her, and we waited 20 minutes, but she never came. I’m not sure he actually contacted her. Then the key turned up elsewhere in the building. The air conditioning didn’t work either, and only one outlet was usable. The hotel itself seems nice, and without these problems, which may just have happened to me, I’d have given it five stars.

It was excellent and very clean. There’s a fantastic restaurant and bar right next door too. Highly recommend.
