The front desk staff were great. The room, though, was hot, and the air conditioning ran all day but was switched off at night. There’s no separate heating or cooling for an individual room, just central air for the whole hotel. The restaurant menu is pretty limited too.

The A/C worked well and there was hot water, but there’s no Wi-Fi or smart TV. The safe is tiny.

The restaurant staff provide first-rate service, and the rooms are comfortable, though they could use a little renovation. What I really miss is the coffee and pastries they used to serve at snack time. After coming back from work at the site, it gave us a chance to relax and connect, and felt like a treat for everyone. They’ve cut back on services lately, which is a real shame and takes away from guests’ comfort. I hope they bring it back. The service in general is very good.
