The reception team were really friendly and helpful. Our room had comfortable beds, good hot water, and a kettle, and it was clean. Breakfast was a good full spread, too. Lovely stay and great value.

My girlfriend noticed a cigarette smell in the mattress or somewhere around it, which was unpleasant. Apart from that, I thought it was a five-star stay: nice, clean room, good Wi-Fi, lots of breakfast choices, and a very good price.

Getting around with my suitcase was left entirely to me. They handed over the key without helping me up the stairs, and even charged me for drinking water. The service was terrible. In the triple room, none of the outlets worked, including the one beside the kettle, so I had to charge my camera batteries one at a time in the bathroom. The beds were too short even for my 1.60-meter height, and the blankets didn't cover my feet. The pillows were old and unwashed. Sheets were dirty and covered with hair; they moved me to another room, but the hair kept appearing there too.

We stayed two nights, and the location was fantastic. The rooms were great, with good mattresses, a kettle, and good water pressure. Breakfast was fantastic as well. The only bad part was Sunday, February 8th, when the kitchen waitress asked for our room number as we entered the dining room. Her manner was unpleasant, and she barely spoke to us. A man came in without being asked anything, so I left feeling really bad, as if I might have been discriminated against. The rest of the staff were very polite and friendly.
