The pool was huge, lovely and warm, and fantastic. Marco, the attendant, was great. Breakfast had excellent coffee and plenty of good choices, and Kevin and Jordan were amazing too. The staff across the hotel were excellent, and the location was great. The garage is being remodeled, so we parked our motorcycles on the street. The armed guard kept an eye on them, and they felt completely safe.

Agustin Posse helped carry my bags to my room and was so welcoming at breakfast. Kevin Castillo is a quiet, hardworking young man. I’m grateful they were willing to speak English so I could understand. I had a great experience at your hotel. Bravo!

The best service I’ve experienced on my motorcycle trip in Patagonia! Diego A Avila was incredibly helpful, showing me to my room and carrying my luggage. Enzo and Kevin were great at breakfast too.

The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The baths feel a bit small if you’re tall, though the water pressure and temperature are good. The hotel is clean and excellent value in Rio Grande, Argentina, and all the staff were polite and helpful, including Enzo. The gym and pool are fantastic if you can find them. Staff are happy to show you the way, though the signs could probably use an update.
