Fernanda and Gustavo really stood out for their wonderful service. The place feels magical, the staff make a real effort to give you a great stay, and everything was impeccably clean.

There's nothing else around, so come ready for that. It's basically a place to walk and sleep.

The restaurant has a limited menu, but everything we tried was delicious, and we'll definitely return. The staff were super friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. There's a little playroom for kids and adults, plus a tiny pool to relax in after a long day of walking. We loved being surrounded by nature. I'm originally from Taiwan 🇹🇼 and grew up in Argentina.

The views are lovely, and the architecture is beautiful. We had friendly service at the restaurant after our catamaran tour. The red snapper (Trucha) was perfectly cooked, and came with delicious ranch fries, bread, and flavored butter for AR$600. The gnocchi was great too, and the price was great.

The clean rooms and comfortable beds were about the best part of our stay, along with the helpful staff and that stunning location. I'd recommend visiting for the day, but staying there was a real disappointment after the high expectations set by the setting and price. The hotel has no soul or charm. Rebuilt in 2015, it feels like a concrete three-star place dropped where a beautiful wooden hotel used to be. It looks boutique with just 15 rooms, but seems geared toward the hundreds of day trippers who come through. At night, only 10 of us were in a restaurant built for hundreds, with the lights blazing and disappointing food. The food felt low-cost and reheated, with little quality. The small rooms lack charm too, and the lobby and breakfast room felt like a canteen. The pool room was okay, but the pool itself was tiny and chilly, not really somewhere you can swim. We paid for three nights and left after two, something I've never done before. Turisur is a huge company and this hotel is only a small part of its business. I hope they find someone who'll run it with passion for the nature and location, because the place deserves that. I hope this feedback leads to improvements, though I suspect it may be ignored.
