The woman I spoke to was hostile when I raised the mix-up, and there wasn’t even an apology. I’d called five minutes earlier to ask about a room and the price. They said one was available for 4000 ARP, but when I arrived, another person said there were no rooms, only Cabanas for 6000 ARP. If you want a warm welcome to Argentina, stay somewhere else.

The owner was so kind and attentive, and helped me out with several things. It’s a comfortable place with what you need to get a good rest before heading on. I’d recommend it 100%.

Janet, the owner, was unpleasant and unfriendly, and I can’t understand how a place in this condition is licensed for tourists. The apartment was filthy, with hair on the floor and a laundry sink marked by what looked like years of grime. There were no basic kitchen utensils, glasses, or pots, and the doors had no locks, so it didn’t feel safe. Reception was a shed packed with tools, not a suitable place to welcome guests. We’d chosen the apartment because it had an oven, but it was full of old cleaning products and unusable. Google reviews showed the oven problem had been mentioned for over a year, yet it still hadn’t been fixed. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this accommodation.

Janett is such a friendly, helpful host and makes you feel at home. The room, shower, and bed were all excellent. Great value for money, 10 out of 10.
