The place had a nice feel and the rooms were good for the low price. The people were great too. The bathrooms were the weak point: the shower curtain didn’t really do its job, so water got everywhere and you had to clean up after yourself.

The location is very good, and the service was good too. But this hostel felt pretty basic compared with others I’ve stayed in. It was especially dirty and disorganized, the bedding was quite worn, and breakfast was just a plate of croissants.

Great spot, and the old building is in good shape. There’s no heating, though, and the bathrooms each had their own issues. Reception could be very good depending on who was working, but there were some organizational and logistical problems. For a few days, it’s good value.
