The rate is very tempting, and the place is new, clean, quite well located, and nicely equipped. Breakfast was good quality, traditional, and sufficient. Still, the room setup wasn’t what we’d asked for: we requested two separate beds in two rooms, but got a double bed. The bed itself was fine. The mattresses and frames could be separated, but at night only the receptionist was there. When I raised the mistake, the employee passed it to a colleague on another shift and couldn’t sort it out. There was also a musty bathroom smell, like dirty or clogged drains. It wasn’t unbearable, but it made the stay less comfortable. In the morning, an employee asked how things had gone. After we explained, he didn’t even offer a polite apology. They were friendly, not disrespectful, but seemed disoriented by anything unexpected and weren’t hotel professionals. It’s a shame that a business with such outstanding amenities doesn’t put more care into staff training and management.

Breakfast is included, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Marcelo took great care of me from the start of my two days there. The other guy was excellent too, though I can't remember his name, haha. The hotel also has a separate parking garage on a diagonal street away from the hotel, so plan ahead if you want to leave your car there. I had a wonderful rest. The service was impeccable, the rooms were comfortable, and the bed felt like a cloud. The bathroom was nice and nice. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, guys!

The breakfast was delicious and generous, and both the room service and staff were outstanding. The facilities were excellent too. We’re so grateful for the care we received and would absolutely choose them again. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10.

A very comfortable, practical room with a mini-fridge and electric kettle. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the service was excellent. An excellent place in Rosario, highly recommended!

After several days of traveling, I came back to a lovely place and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were excellent, breakfast was superb, and my room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, the shower pressure was amazing, and the TV was lovely. They even provide tea and an electric kettle in the room, plus a mini-fridge. It couldn’t be more complete. PS: My book on work: WORK: EMOTIONALITY: PERSON by Haver Contreras ❤️ Look it up, you won't regret it ❤️
