The rooms were clean but so tiny there was hardly space to move. The location also isn’t very close to the main attractions, and taxis are expensive. We booked a couples massage but were put in separate rooms. We got only 20 minutes instead of 30 because we spent the start asking why we weren’t together. The service was basically oil being spread on us. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t really a massage. Breakfast was okay but very basic, with fruit and pastries and no cheese or cold cuts. You can order scrambled eggs. Overall, I don’t recommend it.

The warm pool was a nice bonus, and I got a massage that was well worth the price. I stayed four nights and felt safe the whole time. The staff spoke some English and were attentive to every request. My room was clean and comfortable, though the shower was small. Breakfast pastries were tasty, and they made eggs to order. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I’d stay here again.

I spent two weeks here and have nothing but good things to say. The building is brand new, and everything felt comfortable and very clean. My room and bathroom were tidy and just right. Ignacio, Sofia, Marcia, Julieta, and Ciro were wonderful. I’m sure I’m forgetting others, including the very detail-focused cleaning lady.

After a long day of walking, the heated pool was great. Breakfast was good, and they’ll even make eggs for you. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly.
