Paladium Suites

Clean and nice.

The bed was comfortable and the design was modern, but that was about it. My room’s heating didn’t work, so I was freezing, and the hot shower lasted only ten minutes. There was no soap dish in the tub, and they gave me just one large towel, no hand towel. The shower screen is so small that water gets all over the floor. They didn’t clean the room daily or replace the towels. The toilet seat was broken and patched with clear tape. They leave two shampoo sachets but no conditioner. These are things they need to fix before I could recommend the place.

We didn’t even get basic things like toilet paper. There was no cutlery apart from a spoon, and when we asked, they said nothing and only wanted a drop of detergent. I’ve stayed in aparthotels in several provinces without any trouble, but this one was really bad. We barely saw Agustin, supposedly an employee, except when he came to collect the money. The lack of attention was frustrating. I don’t recommend it.

They were so friendly and made us feel at home. We stayed with my young twins in a very nice apartment, only a few blocks from Rosario’s pedestrianized Córdoba street. They kindly added a single bed so we’d all be comfortable.
