The rooms were clean and comfortable, but their décor and furniture look dated beside the rest of the property. A remodel would make a big difference. The staff were attentive, professional, and helpful, and the city center complex location was convenient. It’s a beautiful property with a lovely atmosphere and nice amenities. I had a very good stay, would recommend it, and would come back, especially for the service and amenities. I hope the rooms get updated soon.

I had a memorable trip at Pullman City Center Hotel. The accommodations felt luxurious, the dining was excellent, and the service was exceptional. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Breakfast was good, and I liked the lobby music. The rooms are okay, but the mattresses are old and sag in the middle, haha. There aren’t sockets by the beds or American-style outlets, so bring an adapter and extension cord. The hotel itself is fine, though the location isn’t great. It’s a dangerous area, so don’t walk outside at night.

Nice hotel, but the pillows need replacing. Those rolled-up foam things are hard as rocks, not pillows. I had to stuff my down jacket into a pillowcase just to get some sleep.

I was here for a work trip, and everyone on the staff enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was nice. I didn’t feel unsafe in the area, though I also had no reason to walk around outside at night.
