Punto Clave Hostel

The place itself has everything you need for a good time, but it needs proper management. The new owners took over and seem to be spending nothing on maintenance. It’s filthy throughout, from the dirty rooms and bathrooms to a kitchen infested with bugs. There’s also a dog, and nobody cleans up after it. The heating doesn’t work, and I doubt the air conditioning does either. Cleaning needs to happen first, or it’s a bad start. I gave it one star because there’s no lower option.

The people were really nice, and the place is spacious, with a garden, barbecue, pool, Wi-Fi, security, and a great location. It’s comfortable and a good place to have a great time. But I’d booked a week and they made me leave a day early without explaining why. That felt truly disrespectful.

At Punto Clave, I felt right at home. The place is spectacular, and the people running the hostel are wonderful hosts. Argentina should be proud. Congratulations on making guests laugh and taking such good care of them. I’ve seen plenty of lovely places and good people, but this experience was out of this world.

There’s lots of room, plus a garden, barbecue, pool, and Wi-Fi. The location is great, it feels secure, and the people are really nice. A very comfortable place to enjoy yourself.
