It was okay.

The parking instructions were confusing. The receptionist couldn’t remember the exact address and warned us not to keep pressing the remote, since it might get reprogrammed. We did as she said, but it still wouldn’t open. Eventually we tried the button marked “close,” and that opened it. The buttons were reversed. There weren’t enough towels for our group, no mop to dry the bathroom, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The breakfast was very poor for what they charge, so ordering separately would have made more sense. The receptionist was unfriendly, the place needed better cleaning and maintenance, and nobody replied to the messages we sent with suggestions. The location was convenient, but I’d rather stay farther away somewhere with a warm welcome and a nicer atmosphere. I don’t recommend it.

The location was the one good point. The rooms are very run down, with holey sheets and a poorly cleaned bathroom. There’s no customer service, and the receptionist is never available.

It’s a busy area, so it’s best to book ahead. Prices are reasonable and they accept all forms of payment. The apartment is handy for people coming to Rosario from Buenos Aires for work, training, or tourism. It’s near the center, banking district, National Flag Park, major avenues, and the highway, with the bars, ice cream shops, and restaurants on Pellegrini Avenue close by too.
