The beds were comfortable and the room was great. The spa looks better in the photos than it does in person, but all in all, we had a really good stay.

The rooms are big and the place is nicely kept. The workers weren't especially friendly and had a bit of an attitude, like at most star hotels. Breakfast felt more like three-star quality, and the pool area wasn't very nice. The restaurant was good, though. We ate there twice.

The location felt safe, and although it's not right in the centre, you can walk there easily. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff and facilities were lovely, and breakfast was good too. I also had a great massage at the spa, at a reasonable price.

The room was very dark, with just one small window at the far end, covered by material you couldn't see through. There was no kettle, and the only sockets were under the table at the opposite end, with none by the bed. The bathroom had no ventilation, and sound insulation was poor. On arrival, staff checked us in but didn't tell us where breakfast was or where to find the pool. At checkout they charged us for drinking the plastic bottles of water in the fridge, which looked complimentary, and the water tasted really odd. This is listed as a four-star hotel, but it fell far short of that.
