Cabañas Del Sol

The grounds are a real highlight, with plenty of space, greenery, and horses. Inside, though, the rooms need work. We stayed in May and felt cold even with the heating on, and every sound from the apartment above came through. Not a bad place, but the rooms let it down.

The staff were so attentive, and it was a lovely spot to unwind and take in the scenery with friends or family. We’d happily recommend it.

There were 16 of us, my whole family, and we had room to relax outside the complex by the pool, in the seating area with a view, and around the barbecue. The cabins are comfortable and peaceful, with lovely views from their setting among the trees. Julia was warm and attentive right from the start. We had a great experience and would recommend it.

The place itself is nice, but several things mattered to me. We had a baby and couldn’t fit the crib in the room. There’s no drinking water provided, and the bottled water they sell is quite expensive. The ping-pong paddles were worn out, and cleanliness was poor: dead bugs under the windows, hair in the bathtub drain, and a filthy grill. The Wi-Fi was unreliable too, sometimes very weak and once completely out.
